Back at the town
Hi diary, this evening I just got back from Lafayette. I went there on Friday afternoon to help Vonny with decoration stuffs. Thanks God that I can use what God has put in my life to be able to contribute. Just amazed how God put such creativity in His childrens' mind, God is a true creativino. Before I went to Lafayette, I met my lopely bro, Ciwan at msn. I was surprised because it was around 12:30am there. He told me that he just took shower and wanted to sleep. He just back from China, guangzhou (do I spell it correctly?),to study chinese language. Lely said that Ciwan is very good at speaking chinese. By the way, Ciwan informed me that he is the best student, man...thanks God for giving me such a clever and dilligent brother. A very discipline brother that has been acted as a role model for Andre and me. I'm proud of you, bro! You've made God, parents, families, and friends proud of your accomplishment. Well done and keep the good work! Eniwei, welcome home, my dear Ciwan! Ciwan ---> Coco Iwan, thus I usually didn't call ko Iwan, but ciwan, different with Andre who likes to call him by just "koko". This nickname was created when I was in primary school. I remember that it was me and my dancing teacher, Ko Leo, who gave that nickname, a cute one. On friday evening, I went for music practice and drama, then helping the decor. team. I slept in Linda's place with Vonny for the first time. Thanks to sister Linda for the hospitality, also for tin" and cie Ulie for the instant noodle. It was fun staying at a new place. I joined the intercessory team, Thanks God for the strength and courage to lead. Something wrong with my yahoo groups, all emails were bounced back, thus I didn't realize if I was supposed to be on duty for leading the intercessor meeting, sorry bros and sis about that, but the email should be fine now. Tin" and I were late for drama practice, luckily that Rio hasn't exploded yet....although his voice was already scary. I went over the practice and then went back home for preparing myself for the service and welcoming service. What I learned was always remember to prepare your heart before coming for your appointment with God. Don't give to God your tiredness, bad-mood, but be ready to meet your God. We will not feel God's presence, if we come without our right heart to meet God, without hunger and thrist we'll not meet God. I was sad looking at some people who weren't really praising and worshiping God, can you image what did God feel at that time? How if God looks down and sees how the way His people praising and worshiping Him? Man....if I can feel sad looking at this phenomena, I'm sure God is more sad than me. Bros and Sis, don't you want to please Him after all the things that He has done in our life? Don't you long to see His smile when He hear our praises and worships? We need to learn together how to put a smile in God's face. Let's fix our heart and our relationship with Him. He deserves the highest praise! The welcoming service went well, you can check all photos at www.padang.org, thanks to Boy for his hobby and talent to document all sweet moments. Thanks to Rio, Jevlyn, Rudy, Sunie, Vonny, Evelyn, well everyone who had contributed for the event. Well done, guys! Special thanks of course to our beloved Father in heaven for all strength, ideas, everything! also for everyone who came. I went to walmart with Diani and Winpa, not Mimpa (diani's n frisca's roomie) to buy some stuffs that I need. By the way, Saturday was the first day for me to drive in severe weather. I hate looking at my dirty car :( hiks....the snow storm made my car looks bad. I can't wait until I can wash it. Lord, thanks for the safety while driving on the snow, thanks that we don't have snow anymore today, thus I was able to drive well from Laf to Indy. Thanks to Vonny and Ray for accompaniying me to have lunch at Korean resto. Welcome back my home sweet home. Now is the time for my bed.......take care everyone. Have a blessed nite. God bless! Lel, thanks for the "oleh-oleh", although I haven't been informed by Ciwan about that. I appreciate your caring and kindness, my new cie".
